Nicole Musiak

As Managing Partner, Nicole Musiak brings a demonstrated history of excellence and strategic leadership to the hospitality industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Human Resources Management from Seton Hill University, Nicole provides executive oversight of HFD’s Project Execution model, ensuring hotel projects are delivered with consistency, accountability, and a strong focus on schedule and budget adherence. She plays a key role in guiding operational strategy and maintaining high standards across Project Management, FF&E Procurement, and Purchasing. A strong business development professional, Nicole helps drive organizational growth while reinforcing the systems and processes that support long-term success at HFD.

David Kovarik

David Kovarik leads HFD’s strategic sales efforts as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 11 years of dedicated service to the company. In this role, he oversees and mentors the sales team, guiding performance, strategy, and client engagement across the organization. His industry expertise is grounded in his education in Hospitality Management Business from Prague College, complemented by nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality sector—including leadership positions as a Hotel Manager and General Manager. David’s deep operational understanding of client needs and project requirements allows him to drive revenue, strengthen key client relationships, and support long-term strategic growth for the firm.

Ashley Lacey

As Executive Director of Client Services for HFD, Ashley Lacey leverages over ten years of experience in leading major hospitality interior design and procurement projects. A seasoned professional with a B.A.Sc. in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Ashley is adept at managing complex, large-scale FF&E projects and procurement services, optimizing operational strategies, and improving processes. She is dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture among her team of Project Managers and Designers to ensure seamless project execution and deliver exceptional, client-focused solutions.

Sara Mazzei

Sara Mazzei combines over 17 years of dynamic industry experience as Director of Sales with an unwavering dedication to her clients and the hospitality sector. In addition to driving strategic sales initiatives, Sara leads the inside sales team and manages the company’s marketing efforts, aligning both functions to support growth and enhance brand presence. She is highly focused on new construction and renovation projects, where she delivers a tailored approach to ensure the full realization of each client’s vision. With a proven track record of overseeing complex projects—from large-scale hotel chains to independent boutique properties—Sara is committed to exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional, on-time, on-budget results.

Gabrielle Morrow

As Studio Manager for HFD’s Interior Design Department, Gabrielle Morrow leverages over a decade of dedicated hospitality design experience to guide daily operations. An NCIDQ-certified designer, who earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior Design from La Roche University, Gabrielle has successfully completed over 100 projects, ranging from prototypical implementations to fully custom interiors. She expertly leads the design team, ensuring that every execution aligns with HFD’s core design philosophy to drive successful execution and deliver distinctive hospitality interiors.

Jill Easterling

Jill Easterling drives operational excellence and quality assurance at HFD as Director of Project Quality Assurance. A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry and her deep roots in Interior Design from The University of Akron, Jill has held key leadership roles including Director of Procurement, Director of Sourcing, and Director of Project Management. She leverages this comprehensive background to cultivate strong vendor relationships, ensure the quality of multi-million-dollar commercial projects, and oversee essential quoting services. Her expertise ensures every project meets the highest industry standards, setting the benchmark for design integrity and sourcing quality across HFD.

Debbie Pribila

A vital management team member and veteran at HFD, Debbie Pribila serves as Director of Accounting Services. Drawing on her 35 years of accounting experience and Business Administration & Management studies at Arizona Western College, she is instrumental in maintaining HFD’s financial integrity, managing all company accounting operations and HR. Debbie provides executive supervision and oversight of the accounting team, ensuring seamless reporting, project billing, and comprehensive vendor purchasing programs. Her expertise ensures the financial stability necessary to drive large-scale project execution and overall organizational health at HFD.

Angela Au-Yeung

Angela Au-Yeung serves as Purchasing Manager at HFD, bringing more than 13 years of experience in procurement and hospitality operations. She oversees all purchasing for new construction and renovation projects, managing vendor relationships, pricing, and FF&E coordination to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. Her background in project management provides a strong understanding of operational needs and development requirements within the hospitality sector. Angela’s attention to detail and consistent execution support HFD’s commitment to delivering reliable, well-managed outcomes across every stage of the FF&E and procurement lifecycle.
